The rules for using ThinkCore’s Learning Experience Platform and accessing course content.

These Terms govern access to and use of the ThinkCore Learning Experience Platform. By using the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account and Access

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your login. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

2. Personal Use License

Course content is provided for personal learning only. You may not distribute, copy, resell, or repurpose platform content or branding.

3. Payments, Access, and Refunds

  • Some courses are paid
  • Payments are processed by licensed third parties
  • Access duration may vary by course

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are only available before any significant course access occurs. If course progress exceeds 5 percent or any protected course files have been downloaded, refunds are not provided.

4. Ownership of Content

All platform materials including templates, text, videos, and branding are owned by ThinkCore Pty Ltd. You may not claim ownership or remove copyright marks.

5. User Submitted Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant ThinkCore a right to:

  • Display your submissions for course participation
  • Use anonymised insights to improve learning outcomes

You must only upload content that you have the right to use and that does not violate any laws.

6. Safe and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, extract, or reverse engineer our platform
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or hateful
  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Mislead others by impersonating individuals or brands

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Third Party AI Tools

We provide education on generative AI technologies that are owned by third parties. We do not control their availability, pricing, or output quality.

Users are solely responsible for how they apply prompt techniques and any generated content created using third party AI platforms.

8. Platform Changes

We may update features or restrict or suspend access for maintenance, improvement, or security reasons.

9. Liability

We provide the platform as is. ThinkCore Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or data
  • Misuse of AI generated output
  • Disruptions caused by system outages or third party tools

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ThinkCore against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Age Requirement

Use of the platform requires that you are 16 years or older or have verified parental consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India except where regional rules require otherwise.
